Gingrich is. His CPAC speech had a few enumerated "cuts" in it, and he said that spending had to be cut, regulations needed to be repealed, etc.
Ooof. Sounds a bit lame in the face of multi-trillion-dollar debt. Huge tax cuts will help, but it feels like Gingrich is more impressed with what government can do than with what the America people can do with government off their backs and out of the way (Reagan's vision, message and life's work).
