No it doesn’t, I have never heard of American male POWs being raped, and I have read an awful lot of books and articles on POWs.
An American POW camp is not a prison like you are thinking of by the way.
Rapes in prison happen among the inmates.
Male on male rape happens more often than you realize. It happens on stateside bases. The fagalas in the penisgon keep it quiet it does not fit their pro-gay agenda
