Paul Babeu, an up-and-coming member of the Republican Party, stepped down from his role as a co-chairman of Mitt Romneys Arizona campaign on Saturday, in the wake of allegations that he threatened to deport a Mexican ex-boyfriend when the man refused to keep quiet about their years-long relationship.

Apparently Babeu threatened to have the guy deported if he didn’t promise to keep quiet, so he it appears he was an illegal immigrant.
There is nothing festive about buggery.
Earlier thread. He denies the deporation threat but admits he is gay. Any AZ freepers care to comment so we know what is going on here?

I did read that was the accusation, but none of the reporting stated categorically the 'gay' guy from Mexico was here illegally. Not much here for the liberals to harvest as they are pro homo agenda and pro illegal invasion.

I have the feeling that the Republican establishment is riddled with people like this.
The saddest part of this is the fact that he’s been a strong border control advocate.
