Absolutely

I think it's immoral to pass a law that seeks to kill innocent persons whether the constitution allows it or not.

3. Do you believe that it is constitutional to enact a law that defines a person as a "non-person"? YES or NO

I think the premise of defining anything as a "not that thing" is completely illogical even above the constitutional level.
