Nope. That was Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, a loathsome Democrat and a really poor human being.
Sheriff Paul Babeau is the sheriff of Pinal County. A conservative hero until he came out of the closet, he was Romney's Arizona campaign co-chairman.
