The lawyers in robes have seriously disordered minds to come to such a warped, demented, and twisted conclusion.
The purpose of marriage is for union. The male and female genitalia are made for union. Union cannot be achieved by means of male/male or female/female without unnatural, perverted behavior with its consequences of serious mental disorders and health risks.
By insisting that this perverted union should be described as "marriage" these foolish lawyers in robes are mocking marriage. The disordered covet what they can never have.
The population that supports activities and laws that compromise the health and safety of the population at large are themselves misguided.
A President Newt will ask Congress for a bill that disestablishes the Ninth Circus. Poof! Gone!
Ah but they get away with it because they live in California—and the rest of America has been trained to ignore anything said or done by the Courts anyhow unless the Court has decided directly against that individual -and then it is like an oracle from god. If the foo shits wear it.

...and I don't see how any President [fill-in-the-blank] could make it "poof" go away, nor sell the idea to Congress. Knute might want to impeach the lot, but getting it down is another matter.
