I would like to remind everyone that Judge Stephen Reinhardt is married to Ramona Ripston from the ACLU and was appointed by Jimmy Carter. His chambers is in Los Angeles.

Ramona Ripston is a communist. Check out her record over the decades and you will understand. Reds marry reds or liberal dupes. Some may pose as liberals but their records show who they really are.

Same for Berkeley politicos Tom Bates and Lani Hancock. She is more red than he is, maybe because he served in the military for ten years, but he still married her with her long red record.

They ain’t no Carville-Maitlin, the real political odd-couple.

As for the Ninth Circuit. How they ever passed law school is beyond me. Must have had just as radical and stupid teachers as they turned out to be.

If you had to rate to keep or destroy a court based on how many times they were bitchslapped by the Supreme Court, the Ninth would be laid up in a hospital for life.

The worst court in American jurispurdence history (there are a few sane people on it, but when you work in an insane asylum dominated by the inmates, no matter how sane you are, you are outnumbered and outvoted).

I am very aware of Ramona Ripston. I dislike her immensely. She was on TV everyday in the 1980s and 90s.

This is all just sickening, in the sense at least of disheartening. The acceptance of homosexual marriage amounts to the destruction of marriage, which survives this challenge so far only by steadfastly ignoring it. It’s downright schizophrenic.
