Rev. Franklin Graham: Obama Helps Islamists, Ignores Christian Persecution

Reverend Franklin Graham says President Obama has “given Islam a pass,” including ignoring atrocities against Christians in the Muslim world — so much so that the evangelist says he cannot “categorically” say Obama is not a Muslim.

In a stunning interview with MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Tuesday, the renowned Christian leader and son of Billy Graham expressed shock that President Obama was doing little to protect Christians across the Muslim world against a wave of persecution.

MSNBC’s liberal hosts were flummoxed by Graham’s strong rebuke of Obama, and queried if Graham believed the president to be a Christian.

I've been say this for years and even before he was elected. Just look where he was as a child during his formative years, his associations, and his attitudes favoring Islamist countries plus his number of Islamist appointments to his cabinet.

In my opinion, he's definitely a closet Muslim and the only thing I'd like to know is .......... where he hides his prayer rug. :O)

A couple of comments on Franklin Graham. He is the real thing, a committed Christian. Like his father, he does not easily write politicians off. Billy Graham did his best to work with Bill Clinton—not compromising his beliefs, but unwilling to give up on him. I think Franklin Graham is much the same.

So, if he comes out and says something like this, it’s only after careful consideration. He is not one to shoot off his mouth easily. And of course he is right. Obama is a Muslim, according to Muslim teachings. Obama seems to have joined Rev. Wright’s church for political reasons, and shows few signs of being a Christian. And Obama doesn’t give a damn of Muslims rape and murder Christians in the Middle East and North Africa. In fact, he helps them do it.

Actually, I think that's a good thing. Readers of conservative sources know some of these things, but very few of the people who watch Morning Joe have ever heard about them. So, maybe he's educating a few of them.

Good for Franklin Graham! Liberals hate it when they are presented with facts but it’s time someone stood up and spoke the truth.

There was a thread on FR last week discussing the murder of over 200 Christians in Syria. There has been no mention of it in any US press that I have seen and the current policy in the Obama Administration is that we need to support the “freedom fighters” in Syria - with no mention of the fact that the uprisings in Egypt and Libya were simply a foot in the door for the Muslim Brotherhood.

Any bets as to how quickly the race card will be played? I predict that Brian Williams will throw it down on the evening news tonight or tomorrow at the latest.

Franklin Graham made some serious and cogent observations regarding Obama's religion and his ignoring the fact that Muslims are systematically killing Christians in the middle east and Africa. I applaud Franklin Graham for stating what seems fairly obvious and doing it on a left-wing 'news' network so that his observations could be amplified by the liberal hosts who were probably apoplectic at Graham's comments. Had he said this on Fox News, the leftmedia would have instantly dismissed it. Now, they'll try - but Grahams observations about Obama's religion will be harder to just blow off as 'right-wing propaganda' because he's dealing in facts and never said that Obama is a Muslim, only that he couldn't verify what Obama believed, which is true for all of us although, in Obama's case, the evidence of his Islamic faith seems fairly obvious by now.

A believer in Jesus Christ has clearly come to see Him as the Way, and that every other way is not the Way. Obama fails on this very simple test as he and his mentor (Wright) could not say that Jesus is the only Way. They casually, despicably use his Name for cachet. God watches and...waits.

Thanks for the video link. I watched it. The spirit of anti-Christ was all around that table at msnbc. I really didn’t realize how uncivil the U.S. media has become toward Christian leaders. I’m not sure Billy could have done better than Franklin did — to stand firm.
