Hot Air ^ | February 21, 2012 | TINA KORBE

Something about Rick Santorum must really get under Ron Paul’s skin. This weekend, the Texas congressman said Santorum’s voting record in the Senate was “atrocious.” Today, his campaign released an ad to run in Michigan that calls Santorum “fake,” a fiscal conservative poser.

Ron Paul likes to discuss voting records a lot, because that's how his fraudulent game works.

What Ron Paul does:

(1) Adds pork for his constituents to a bill while it's in committee.

(2) Makes sure that the bills he's adding the pork to will pass by a good margin.

(3) Votes yes for his pork-laden bill to go from the Committee to the House.

(4) Votes against the bill in the House, knowing that it will pass anyway and that his pork will go through.

(5) Raises money from morons who are easily duped by his "I vote 'no' on everything" scam.

Personally, I think Rick is right on and serious, he’s saying the proper things and addressing real issues, he’s swaying me. And, he ought to start addressing energy and our need to reopen the domestic exploration and production arena. That in itself would be a tremendous boon for the economy.

Or in a less complicated manner: Get government out of the way, and stop it from picking winners and losers.

Santorum should respond,

‘So I won’t get the skinhead vote.’

Ron Paul has a point. Conservatives can decide to drag Santorum’s sorry ass over the victory line but they will come to rue that decision.(if they succeed)

There goes the dope-smoker vote...assuming they can remember when the election is.

Unfortunately the centerpiece of Santorum's economic policy is giving favorable treatment to "manufacturers" over everyone else.

Sorry, ups.
But you’re wrong. Santorum has more integrity in his baby finger than you have in your vitriolic posting angry voice.

Ron may want to run some ads in his own favor in his home state. Just in case he's missed recent polling in Texas, Santorum is pounding him into the ground like a stake. Ron's popular with everyone except the people he lives with apparently.

You Paul supporters are an interesting bunch. Anyway, I won’t rue the decision. I welcome it with open arms. I can’t wait to have a President that has morals. We have never had one as overt. This could change the entire country back to our roots. Will he disappoint occassionally? Maybe, but name a politician that hasn’t.

I would rather have Rick or Newt over Paul, Romney or Obama.

Paul is a full blown occutard loving idiot.

Why hasn’t Paul ever attacked Romney? I think they have a deal. Ron doesn’t run 3rd party, Rand gets Romney’s VP nod, Rand and Ron and Ron’s PAC attack anyone who threatens Romney. The VP nod would make sense as Ky. is far enough South and Rand is perceived to have Tea Party and Conservative support. I believe they are all three unprincipled enough to do this.

Your scenario is possible, since Rand Paul has the Southern/Tea Party angle that Romney lacks.

Paul may threaten to run 3rd party, but he never will again because he's learned his lesson: 3rd parties are business enterprises, not political enterprises.
