of course we know that Santorum endorsed Romney too. I am starting to question whether he is even a social conservative based on his endorsements

Sotomayor was appointed by Obama. Santorum was voted out of the Senate in 2006.
It's possible that's why Santorum's name is NOT listed among the 9 Republicans that voted for her confirmation.I want Newt to be our nominee and next president about 10,000 times more than I want Santorum, but we should be more accurate in our statements than the lyin' ass 'Rats and Rinos IMO.
