Here's an interesting thought...In Nebuchadnezzar's Dream almost all of the kingdoms were Middle East kingdoms.
Babylon, Medes, Persians, Greece, Rome (Istanbul of today). Almost all of those "kingdoms" are now Islamic.
It makes one wonder if the "ten toes" will fall under Islamic rule as well. The implications of this "Caliphate Conference" is pretty interesting in that aspect.

Europe, especially Eastern Europe with it's multitude of small countries and ethnic peoples/groups, sure could be the mix of iron and clay mentioned.
