Ah, I would not want to be on the jury pool. The prosecutor is going to need, tough, strong, brave people to be in the jury.
He won’t last long, even the Mafia doesn’t like pervs....especially if it brings shame to the ‘family’ name..........

That’s a bit of a generalization.
Over the decades several mobsters allegedly have been involved in child sex and kiddie porn rackets, and more than a couple have been charged with having sex with minors.
He's written his own death warrant unless he knows enough to get into the witness protection program.Being out on bail, he'd better be awfully hard to find. If he's convicted, though, he's dead meat.
Then again, maybe they charged him with this even if they know it's bogus in order to pressure the guy in to spilling the beans. He was already on the hot seat on a racketeering charge, so maybe they think they know he'll play ball with the Fedz if he's worried enough about survival.

It says his friend but I wonder if this wasn’t another of his associates daughters and if that is so he is as good as dead once they can get to him.

Or, could it be that a competing member of the ‘family” decided to use a “created sex charge” for personal advancement? Make the charge adn don’t bother with the results of a trial.
We are not exactly discussing possible behavioral motivations of a group of normal citizerns, after all.
True...These allegations are not a surprise to anyone who’s had the misfortune to be around any of these lowlife button men

He won’t make it to trial. I’m surprised he’s still alive to be charged.
