“The election will be won or lost as referendum on the Obama economy and big government and Santorum can’t sell an opposing vision.”

Amen to your analysis. Go Newt!

It’s as if only Saint Rick is Holy enough to represent Christendom. The error is on your side, not ours.

And you support who? Mandate Newt? Dr. Bizzaro? Ping Pong Romney san? The Prince?

Amen!

We are voting for a leader, not someone trying for Popedom!

Rick may be a nice guy, although there are conflicting personal opinions on that from people who know him... but I digress

Newt is a leader and has proven it!!!

Rick is a follower and has never shown leadership anywhere! Again, he may be a nice guy, but he doesn't have the moxy, or the " Bona fides" (new media talking point that has replaces "gravitas") to turn this country around from what Obama has done!

Indecisiveness will not work for the dire straights we are facing!

We need Newt the pitbull!

I don’t support the guy who claims to be the “true conservative,” even though he votes and behaves like a pro-life Democrat and bashes the conservatives in the race.

Unfortunately for you, that’s all you have to defend your empty suit of a candidate. He doesn’t even touch social security. Doesn’t even support any form of the flat or fair taxes. It’s all about faith, and being moral, and social issues. That’s his platform. And you Santorumbots defend his faults by pointing to someone elses faults, or accusing everybody who points this out of being an atheist of some kind or immoral. It’s disgusting and outrageous.

And I support Newt, obviously.

Lol, obviously. It seems to be an inate charecteristic of Newt supporters that they can dish it out but anything returned in kind results in immediate whining and bleating.

BTW, for how many decades did you support federal individual mandates under penalty of law?

Newt doesn’t support the individual mandate. You’re the one choosing to call a conservative a liar on this, even after he has come out against it.

“Lol, obviously. It seems to be an inate charecteristic of Newt supporters that they can dish it out but anything returned in kind results in immediate whining and bleating.”

No Santorumbot has ever defended Santorum’s platform with me, no matter how many times I’ve challenged them on it. The conclusion is that they simply don’t care about it.

Newt supported the mandate for nearly two decades. He saw the light when he decided to run. I’m not much impressed with death bed confessions so to speak. And if you claim he did not support the mandate then it is you who is the liar.

The mandate is as unconstitutional as Obama ordering religious groups to provide that which offends their consciences to their employees. Both Santorum and Newt are on the right side of that issue. You, I have my doubts.

Newt and Santorum have virtually identical ratings from the ACU with Santorum representing a blue state and Newt representing a deep red state. And only one of them that I know of has supported a policy that is clearly unconstitutional no matter what SCOTUS says.

As for your attacks on Santorums social conservatism only liberals react like demons who have been dipped in holy water. And you’re smoking pal.

“Newt supported the mandate for nearly two decades. He saw the light when he decided to run. I’m not much impressed with death bed confessions so to speak. And if you claim he did not support the mandate then it is you who is the liar.”

Like I said, these smears are all you got. I said in my previous post that no Santorumbot ever defends Saint Rick’s platform. I’m specifically asking you now to explain how Saint Rick’s platform is better than Newt’s, or why it is that he offers so little real reform for the “true conservative” in the race. I also specifically made mention of Santorum’s claims to be the most “consistent consservative,” which you don’t even address and just keep on attacking the other guy. As for the ACU rating, Newt’s is better, not “identical”. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2815398/posts

And as for “death bed” confessions. I guess Santorum’s death bed confessions on Right to Work, gun rights, property rights, and endorsing Specter for both congress and the Presidency are “death bed” election year confessions. Well, he hasn’t explained endorsing Specter for President.

So everytime you bash Newt with this BS, I can take it to Santorum even worse. The “true consistent conservative” meme is a lie, and few Santorum supporters are willing to come to grips with that, still insisting on repeating the tired accusations against Newt as if it somehow vindicates them. It doesn’t, and it never will.

“The mandate is as unconstitutional as Obama ordering religious groups to provide that which offends their consciences to their employees. Both Santorum and Newt are on the right side of that issue. You, I have my doubts.”

But yet you insult Newt, suggesting he isn’t a conservative, and me too. If Santorum isn’t the “true consistent conservative” he claims to be, then I am correct that he has been wrong to criticize Newt’s personal character, and not just Newt, but the other candidates he has distorted and bashed.

“As for your attacks on Santorums social conservatism only liberals react like demons who have been dipped in holy water. And you’re smoking pal.”

You don’t know what you’re talking about. I have not attacked Santorum’s social conservatism. I have attacked his lack of a legitimate platform and his embrace of social conservatism as a cover for his lack of a legitimate platform, as well as his insistence of being pure when he is not, and the insistence of Santorum’s supporters to Lord over everybody else as if they’re the only legitimate Christians who are merely defending a “godly man” from anti-Christian attacks. It’s all rubbish. It’s all built on delusions upon further delusions. It be funny to analyze how much Santorum’s supporters who repeat these anti-Christian accusations actually know about Christian doctrine. It be funny if it turned out that the Heathens knew the Bible better than they.

No one said that he soley does, however when you use disparaging remarks about him being a faithful Christian or Catholic by proxy you are attacking similar Christians who see a little of themselves in “Saint Rick (who never claimed to be, nor acted as one SAINT/codeword: Hypocrite). Just a word of warning if you don’t want to be taken such..

I said he was Saint Rick, because he pretends to be. I didn’t say he was an actual Saint. I didn’t say anything about faithful Christians or attacking Christianity. Only you did, to use against me and others. You are imagining attacks that I and others have not given, ignoring the attacks we actually do give. I think it’s because our attacks are more damning than the attacks you would like to imagine.

Here is a Rick Santorum ad, approved by Rick Santorum:

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2012/02/01/rick_santorum_gingrich_not_a_true_conservative.html

“”The Florida results are in and despite spending millions Newt Gingrich went form a big lead to a big defeat. Why? Because voters discovered Gingrich wasn’t a true conservative. Like Romney, Gingrich supported the Wall Street bailout, job-killing cap and trade, and radical healthcare mandates. Gingrich even supports giving some illegals amnesty,” a radio ad on behalf of Rick Santorum says.”

This is an ad approved by your rat of a candidate, Saint “True Conservative” Santorum.

Try again pal, your guy is a filthy liar, who not only takes the time to lie and destroy his conservative opponents, just like Romney, but sits there embracing the “true conservative” mantle. It’s even worse when you remember all the talk about this bozo being “above it all”.

http://www.ricksantorum.com/pressrelease/santorum-rises-above-bickering

That’s a Press Release from Saint Rick is titled “Rick Santorum rises above the bickering.”

Like I said, he just tells us that he is this or that, but his words don’t match his actions.
