No. Because Michigan complied with state law regarding election dates and chose a primary, we're losing 1/2 of our delegates. The allocation is winner take all 2 per congressional district with 2 at large. While the 'two' are supposed to be proportional in a technical sense, it's going to the winner, whoever it is.

As for Romney expected to win here, I have something to say about that.

Yep, its Santorum or Romney in Michigan and its just that simple.
