Beautiful picture, it really looks like an old time 1930/40's scene, then I see the newer cars.
This is exactly what is being built here. I love it, reminds me of walking DOWNTOWN from Dept.store to store, many, many years ago. lol

People don't like box malls (as nice as they tried to make them) and people want "open community spaces"
The Harbor in Rockwall Texas has been tremendously popular.

I remember eating at the Woolworth’s down town as a kid.
Good cheap grub.
All the Art deco buildings, all the lights sounds and smells.
