I looked up ‘coroner’ on Wikipedia,and they do perform autopsies in certain states. They actually have various duties as well as removing a corpse.
I would not have the stomach for that.

Fox has just announced there will be an autopsy. I hope that includes a complete tox screen. There are drugs that can mimic a heart attack.
