It’s similar because no one outside the birther movement gives a shit about it. You might as well be talking about crimes by Abraham Lincoln for as much relevancy it has. Obama is not going away because of the birther thing. There are not going to be any special prosecutors appointed to the case. You won’t see Wolf Blitzer talking about it. The thing is dead. The only thing that it does is it makes the conservative wing look foolish. You could come up with the greatest idea in the history of American politics, but if you start talking about it with birther stuff, no one is going to listen to you. It’s a waste of time and energy. Obama is a terrible president, and vulnerable on a ton of issues like Health care, NDAA, and contraception. Focus on those. You can change minds on that stuff. You can beat him on the issues. With the birther stuff, the only thing that you will be able to convince in people is that you are a kook.
