Anyway, I want fresh brewed steeped tea. But more of the young folks don't know what that is, so sad.

Do you boil your water for tea for a LONG time? Someone I knew once in the Dominican Republic claimed that she had to boil the water long enough to drive all the oxygen out of it so it would make a proper cup of tea. I’ve never heard anyone else claim that.
