"What is he supposed to do?"

No wonder Republicans are milquetoast, they have a cheering constituency rooting them on.

Here is a thought, how about the truth and Fluke's intentions on challenging the Church.

"Oh no, the super-duper scary liberals have framed the debate, quick, suck up to their group think then chastise the ones who dare to fight for truth."

If I wanted the establishment Republican, I'd root on Romney. I don't.

"Oh no, the super-duper scary liberals have framed the debate, quick, suck up to their group think then chastise the ones who dare to fight for truth."

He has been opposed to Obama's contraception mandate and has spoken out about it at length.

That quote, I see that sentiment issued about Santorum from Gingrich supporters. They say that Santorum can't win because the liberal media would destroy him on social issues, that he is too concerned with social issues. Now he backs off a bit because people say he sticks his foot in his mouth too much, and he's criticized. He can't win for losing.

Here's a thought how about you read what was actually said before commenting?

The former Pennsylvania senator said he is instead concerned about the government's involvement in people's personal lives.

"I'm concerned about the public policy of this president imposing his values on people, people of faith who morally object to the government telling them they have to do something, which they believe is a grave moral wrong," Santorum, a Catholic, said in an interview on CNN's "The Situation Room."
