If we subsidize sluttiness, aren’t we going to wind up poisoning ourselves?

I hadn't considered the environmental angle. I have been considering the liability suits that would arise from the gov't subsidizing/condoning/encouraging the risky lifestyle this woman appears to live. The pill does prevent pregnancy but doesn't protect women from STD's. I can see a woman suing the gov't for compensation because she contracted an STD engaging in federally-sponsored high risk behavior. I can even see her winning a huge settlement, considering the state of the courts nowadays...

This has already happened to many women.
They go on the pill, and don’t realize they’ve contracted chlymidia. The disease sterilizes them, and they don’t realize it until they try to conceive.

Then they spend a gazillion dollars trying to get pregnant.
