I got a reply from ProFlowers that said they knew I did not use the kind of language that Rush did so I should agree with them. The nerve!

Also, I do not know how to tell everyone but Intuit owns Quicken and they also own Turbo Tax. They won’t see a dime of our money this year.

I switched to H&R Block last year and used it again this year. I was a Turbotax customer for probably 10 years before that. Wasn’t their politics - just didn’t think the value was there anymore.

I was almost there with ProFlowers. Their customer service is pathetic. I didn’t ask for a commentary on Rush, I asked for my online account to be closed. They ignored that and gave me the BS back I posted.

I don’t think they get it, and that’s reason enough to take my money elsewhere.
