Absolutely. Blacklist not only Rush's loser advertisers but ALL obama supporters. I always give business to Pro-Flowers. Not any more. I am in the market for a new car after 10 years. And it won't be a GM or Chrysler, I can assure you. I also would urge people to cancel HBO and other obama-friendly cable stations. Boycott advertisers on Ellen's show and Modern Family. Two can play the same game and I, for one, am looking forward to it. Writing down names and crossing them off of my purchase list.
Well, of the ones you named, I use none. I buy flowers locally and drive a wonderful Toyota Camry. As for Sleep #, I have a Sealy that I love. :)
We need a comprehensive list of the blackballers so we have it handy in case we accidentally use on of those advertisers!

To do that you need to have your tv totally disconnected.
I did it a couple of years ago. Life is much better without it for me. I never think about TV at all.
