I also gave-up all pasta, bread, all dairy, chocolate, sugar (use all-natural, 0-cal, Trevia now) for 4mos to lose the weight. Now I enjoy almost all of them, more often, but in smaller quantities. Only juice now after 3-4pm, ‘cause everything you eat after 4-5pm turns to fat, overnight.
My back/sciatica problems disappeared and my BP dropped 61pts. Instead of feeling 62 and 247lbs, I feel 30 now, at 175lbs. Lost too much, too quick when down to 162lbs; got weak and anemic. Had to put some weight back on.
I’m not giving-up Marlboros; it’s the only *vice* I have left... lol.
