Rush should sue Sandra Fluke due to the fact that her testimony before Congress caused Rush to lose advertisers and income.
I think he’d lose because ...... his Two if By Tea sales & Rush 24/7 memberships are probably through the roof & I’ll bet he’s got a line around the block of folks wanting to be new advertisers. He probably set a new record for listeners today - 1st hour, anyway.
He doesn’t need to sue Ms. Fluck ..... she’s inadvertently done him a lot of “good”. She’s also exposed the vicousness of the left & the coordinated campaign that has been out there to damage and silence him. Truth (& Rush) win again.
