Furious Democrat activists are working to silence Rush Limbaugh for good, calling on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to pull his radio show off the air.
An activist on signon.org is collecting signatures in support of a petition to FCC to, "remove Mr. Limbaugh from the radio as he has violated FCC rules and regulations countless times. The most recent incident being his assault on women and his degradation of Sandra Fluke." The petition is circulating on Facebook and Twitter and on Democrat message boards.
Signon.org is an online service provided by MoveOn.org and has already gathered over 6,000 supporters. The petition organizer, "T. Turner," has promised to print off and send the petition to the FCC on March 7th, and is looking to get over 10,000 signatures.
The petition currently hosts thousands of angry comments - riddled with spelling errors - including people who insist that Limbaugh no longer has the right to free speech.

Because according ot the constitution of the united states (the liberal version) If you have money, you are therefore required to give that money to anyone hwo has no morals and no money- IF however a moral person has no money, but would liek to start an outreach or somehtign in order to help other poor folks, you then wouldn’t be required to help fund that venture- As long as it’s filthy, immoral, and a detriment to society, the left demands that anyoen with money pay for such services

I don’t know why Rush always gets the grief. I understand the issue here and now but at the same time, I never hear one word about Boortz and his daily tirades about obozo and his administration. I’m not complaining but just wonder why they’ve never tried to slice and dice him like they do Rush! Rush IS a teddy bear next to Boortz....
Is it worse to call someone a slut than the things Boortz says about obozo - which IMO are for the most part true - marxist, wanting to destroy the US etc.? Certainly his programs are monitored by the left so why no flak there?
Rush asks for it. It is his thing. My question is why did he apologize? That didn’t go well, and Rush is usually smart enough to know that.
And it wasn’t a threat from his advertisers. There will always be a long line waiting for him.

He apologized beacuse he recognized 2 wrongs don’t make a right. Just because liberals cuse the term sluts doesn’t make it OK for him
Of course, unlike Ed Schulz and Don Imus, Rush was trying to show absurdity by his remarks but his humor is being willfully overlooked by the liberal lynch mob
If you want a good book that really describes this, “Starving the Monkeys: Fight Back Smart” by Tom Baugh is good. As with everything there are some parts I disagree with him on, but the general concept he lays out is pretty good.

They are beyond stupid.
The FCC does not "approve" or "remove" radio shows.
They license stations and networks.
At their worst they could issue a fine.
Considering just how rare an event that actually is and how blatant and extensive the offense must be I estimate the chances of FCC getting involved and actually issuing a compliance order to be pretty much zero.
This is what it takes to actually get fined by the FCC.

FCC seems to have about (roughly) three levels of fines. A standard $4,000 - $5,000 dollar level, $40,000 to $70,000 dollar level and $1,000,000 plus for the nationwide TV networks.
After looking at what it took in such cases to get FCC to actually step in, and this being such a minor event, the screeching communist agenda donks are in for a big-time harsh of their "git Rush" high.
Hearing them chant their demand that "FCC remove him" because of his rather accurate description of a 30 y.o. liar that is a communist agenda "liberal progressive" democrat lawyer agent for the local homo crew that gave "testimony" at a staged dog and pony show before a panel of just Democratic House members after being kicked off of the real hearings brings to mind things such as snowballs, winged pigs and flying monkeys.

No, HBO is not subject to the same rules as over-the-air TV. I don’t think the FCC has rules about HBO ay all. That’s what I was writing about, and apparently drawing too fine a line for most to see.
