I normally don't like to stereotype based on looks/mannerisms...but this "lady" has alpha-dog lesbian written all over her. She has the powerlifter neck, the right hair, minimal to no makeup, etc.

She seems to have learned the ropes ala Rachel as far as restraint - but I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that she has a serious history. Part of me hopes that she is checked out in detail - the other part just hopes she goes away - so maybe it isn't worth it.
