Not going to happen. Santorum had zero delegates on the ballot. His name appeared on the ballot, but he has no delegates to vote for him. I believe there were 3 delegates uncommitted. All the rest (55 total) were committed to Gingrich, Romney, and Paul.

Anyone know the vote % that is in for Cuyahoga, Lucas, Franklin and Hamilton counties? Those are the BIG urban counties in Ohio.
