It’s still pretty close. I think Newt made a serious mistake attacking Santorum in Ohio. He’d be better off if Romney loses. And it’s still pretty close.
As I noted on another thread, earlier when Romney was ahead, Drudge had a big headline at the top saying that Romney was winning Ohio.
Now that Rick is ahead, the headline says:
OHIO SHOWDOWN:
SANTORUM 38.8%
ROMNEY 35.8%
You can bet it wouldn’t say that if Romney was still ahead. I’m very disappointed in Drudge.
Drudge has been a douchebag since around 1999 - which was about the year I quit visiting his site.
We’re three months from our primary in California, and someone has been dumping a lot of anti-Santorum spots on local television.
He has someone scared to death.
One problem I have with the spots, they don’t make it crystal clear who is running them. They place this long credit on the screen that it’s difficult to read before it goes off.
