“There we have it. Rossi can’t claim this was just a “translation error” or a matter of interpretation.”
I don’t know if that means much... NI deals with as many as 30,000 customers a year in 30 countries, with thousands of reps. I don’t know anything specific about NI, but I was an HP rep for years and I advised thousands of customers and potential customers. Any one of these customers may very well say they were working with HP on a project, and yet if you ask HP Corporate - They would know nothing about it unless it involved a large signed contract. Sometimes not even then... For example: I made numinous trips to Cape Kennedy with RCA for their satellite launches, and although by boss knew where I was, I’ll guarantee you that corporate didn’t. It just wasn’t that big a deal...
I dont know if that means much...Rossi claimed that he had a signed contract with NI, that NI had been working at his Bologna "laboratory" on technical issues with the E-Cat, and that NI had designed a control system for the E-Cat. He made these statements repeatedly from November through late January.
It was only when the first email from Julia Beggs was released, stating that NI had not been working with Rossi, that he suddenly changed his story. Even then, he managed to twist the story to "they had been working together, but he decided to let NI go".
This is clear evidence that everything Rossi claimed about NI was a flat-out lie.
For example: I made numinous trips to Cape Kennedy with RCA for their satellite launches, and although by boss knew where I was, Ill guarantee you that corporate didnt. It just wasnt that big a deal...
Do you really think your corporate office would specifically deny you were working on a contract, even though they didn't know whether that was true or false?
This email (along with the earlier ones from Beggs attempting to answer the same questions) are specific denials of everything Rossi said about them.
