CHARLES OGLETREE: I think Elena Kagan is a superb nominee. I started my teaching career at Harvard Law School in 1985, when she was a student there. I watched her work as an editor on the Harvard Law Review, and saw the phenomenal edits she did on a classic article by Professor Derrick Bell, the first African-American to receive tenure at Harvard Law School, that addressed civil rights in the Constitution.

It drives the left mad if this election is about Obama.

It was nauseating and hysterical to watch Soledad try to revert to the Oprah finger-wagging upper hand and get her ass
handed back to her not only by Pollak but by that sharp, beautiful black girl (is she on our side? If not, why NOT? Who is she?)

Exhibit 1 in ripping the rug out from under the rootless Democrat Media Complex. They’re as rugged as rice plants. Mow ‘em down.
