The only way you can make it in NYC in the tourism industry is to also collect unemployment or other benefits.

I suspect that the number of statistically unemployed that are working under the table is significant.

I have been all over the united states and have seen a lot of places worth visiting, but I would not list new york city in the top 10,000.
