The story of the 25 year old victim is beyond heartbreaking. He just got engaged; and his only sibling—a sister—was also killed back in 2009. Their mom has lost both of them. I read the noon news on wtae’s website and i can honestly say I cried. It’s beyond senseless. Two of the others are in intensive care.
No ID on perp...finger prints not match any.
