I voted for him twice so don't go there.

His in-laws lived next door and when he visited PA he and his family stayed with his in-laws. If you read the reports at the time, the house wasn't even furnished.

He did not live there, even part time.

I'm sure they could have worked it into a campaign contribution like they did from Accu-weather.

No, it’s not “Nuff said”. who do you think you are, Sanctimonium? you decide what’s right and wrong for everybody? Open your eyes, open your mind, face the facts.

Oh for heaven’s sake, if it wasn’t Rick Santorum no one would have cared.

He owned the house, he paid the taxes.

Conservatives DON’T care.

In 1996 Santorum was supporting the Presidential run of Specter, running on a platform to make the GOP a pro-abortion party, because in 2005 He would be Chair of the Judicial Committee?

Actually Senator Santorum would have known him as the man who stopped Bork. That was done during the Reagan presidency, when Santorum was anti-Reagan, and considered Reagan supporters as “fringe”.

“His opposition to Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork in 1987 is seen as an important factor in the nomination’s failure.”

Oh for Heaven’s Sake, calm down.

‘Nuff said as in “Bu-bye”

In other words, the conversation has gone no where. If you would like to act irrationally, be my guess. Jump up and down like Yosemite Sam, for all I care. Continue the conversation, but it’s one sided.

Have a nice day.

Evidently you are ignoring post 115. This was a Presidential race, not a Senate race.

Here is video of Senator Santorum on stage with Arlen Specter, as Specter is announcing his Presidential run, based on making the GOP a pro-abortion party, Rick Santorum endorsed him, and campaigned for him.

>> He shouldn’t whine about it and pretend he’s one step away from foreclosure, though.

It does matter especially since he paints himself as the impecunious candidate.

This is a surprising revelation.

Yes, I listed to it but he was still at the time an influential member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

But here are Santorum’s ratings when he was in Congress.

American Conservative Union — 88%

National Right to Life Committee — 100%

Americans for Tax Reform — 95%

National Tax Limitation Committee — 92%

U.S. Chamber of Commerce — 88%

League of Private Property Voters — 94%

Trying to make the Republican party a pro-abortion party is a disgrace, Santorum backers need to explain it.

I’m officially endorsing Newt Gingrich for President today
Jan 19, 2012 | Jim Robinson, Free Republic

I’m officially endorsing Newt Gingrich for president today. Was going to wait until after Florida, but see no reason to delay. We need Newt to win in South Carolina and Florida to stop any possible momentum building up for the establishment big government, statist, abortionist RINO!!

RomneyCare = ObamaCare = government tyranny!! Taxpayer funded abortion is as evil as evil can be!!

Newt is a pro-life Reagan Revolution conservative who led the Republican Revolution of the 90’s, taking the majority away from the democrats who had held it for 40 years. And as Speaker, cut the taxes, cut the government, cut the spending, cut the deficit, cut regulations, cut unemployment, brought the federal budget under control for four years running. And unlike Romney, actually blocked a socialist healthcare system from becoming law. And created a pro-growth, pro-free market, pro-jobs environment and extended the Reagan economy throughout the 90’s!! Newt is the ideal candidate to lead the Tea Party Revolution!!

I didn’t - and don’t have anything else to say to you... You don’t tell me when to end my conversations, was my point. you might want to work on your snarky tone... it’s not too attractive.
