Tor is nice in a world without mandatory Internet ID, but once implemented you'll STILL need an ID to gain access to the Internet through a browser or Tor will be disabled all together.
Don't be complacent about Internet ID because of pathways like Tor.. Trust me, there will be no way around mandatory Internet ID once it's implemented.
