First of all, Rush does not broadcast himself, the FCC would have to go after all of the stations that carry Rush's program,THEY are the ones licensed by the FCC.
Then, it would be a long drawn-out hearing, and Rush fans would inundate the stations and the FCC if they tried this.
Finally, Rush would just move over to some medium like satellite radio, WHERE HE COULD SAY WHATEVER HE PLEASES, and the sales of satellite radio equipment would go out of sight.
With, America's biggest traitor, Jane Fonda, and Gloria Steinum doing the bitching here, I'm not too worried about it.
Chill girls...Rush apologized...Maher didn't, go after him...

Worry: feminists are using Rush’s word choice to kill free speech.

We get to see sluts and prostitutes every day on TV. Just because it's pretend doesn't make it less offensive. Those are living actors and actresses in those beds.
Don't tell me to change the channel...it's part of good entertainment shows...there's just no respect or good editing...

First of all, Rush does not broadcast himself, the FCC would have to go after all of the stations that carry Rush's program,THEY are the ones licensed by the FCC.And let's not forget the way the senate demonrats, led by that weasely-thug, Dingy harry reid, tried to intimidate Rush's syndicator, insinuating that stations that carried his show would NOT get their licenses renewed by the FCC!
And the way Rush made it public.
Just more leftist attacks on freedom and liberty. They won't be satisfied until they're in control of a police state and have liquidated (i.e. murdered) all the "undesirables." Mao tried, Stalin tried, Hitler tried, Castro tried, Pot tried; Some more successful than others. I have no doubt there are more leftists waiting in the wings to take their stab at it.
