Then there’s the flip side of the coin you illustrate... people like you who seem to think that if the guy wore an armed forces uniform, he’s a saint, and no one can question their behavior - period.
Well, I can thank him for his service, and deem him an idiot for espousing liberal positions and call him out for being an ass. He was.

That’s my problem with the video too. Everything the SEAL said is edited out so it’s not possible to see if Christie’s reaction was appropriate or not.

You, and many others on here, are missing the point Keith. Christie never questioned his “service”, he just went off on the guy publicly. Very unprofessional. He’s an uncouth, hot-head and his behavior is very unbecoming of an elected public servant. Whether the guy is “truly” a Navy SEAL or not, is not the point. You’ve got an idiot in the Governor’s Office in New Jersey. What if every time Christie was at a public appearance someone went off on him and said: “Hey fat ass, why don’t you discipline yourself and lose some weight?”
He may be an idiot and he is apparently a very active dumbocrat activist, but the evidence that he is a SEAL should be easy to disprove if what Brown's posted on his linkdn page turns out to be false.

Because I respect him as Governor. While he is definitely a RINO, he has done a far better job than the previous governor. I prefer not to make fun of a person’s appearance.
I don’t give a rip about the rotund NJ Governor.
The guy he was dealing with was every bit an ass you think the Gov is/was in this exchange. It’s not all his problem. And sometimes, you have to speak to people at their level, so they understand - I can empathize with that based on interaction with you.
He has an anger problem and his position has gone to his head a bit. That is why he looks like a walking bathtub...food is his escape like many people. He needs www.fhu.com and the Be still exercise!
Christie is an insecure prick with a powerful job in a state run by thugs.
It's a very bad combination, and nothing good can come from it.

Not so. I teach in a public school that is 90 percent minority. I don’t have to talk jive, slab my pants and show my drawers, rap or speak in Ebonics for them to understand me.
