“Where is the right to vote found?”
The same place as the “right to privacy”.

Where is the right to vote found? There is no Federal Constitutional right to vote for President.
Individual states decide how to select the electors for the Electoral College, and may confer upon citizens the right to vote for the electors.

Same place that the right to an abortion is found.
It’s one of those implied rights.

Where is the right to vote found?Apparently it is found in the Pre-Constitution. Any infringement on that right is thereby Unpre-Constitutional.
