I read on another thread that both Alabama and Mississippi are open primary states. Democrats can vote for the Republican nominee of their choice.

If true, they didn’t at my precinct.

I was Republican voter #59.

Democrats had over 200.

Ballots are completely different.

I don’t see how Romney can win the heart of the South without gaming the system...and if Santorum wins (well, I honestly don’t know what to say except I am moving to Uruguay or Uranus).
