Probably related to pushing food production to South America. Control the food and you control the people.

So there was ONE of them and how many of you? Why was this thug allowed to walk out of there with full use of her limbs?

This is why the Founding Fathers gave us the Second Amendment.

Ah yes. But this will soon become normal. In this brave new world, we can only do things of which our betters -- our highly educated and vastly talented government officials -- approve.

There are of course ways to make this change, but that means bothering to voting. That's a terrible burden.

I thought most of Nevada was a place where folks were left to do pretty much as they pleased (aside from the fact that the Feds seem to own 90% of the land there)???

Frankly, this whole thing raises a lot of questions. I’m more confused than outraged.

Don’t look for sympathy from “conservatives” anymore. They’re just as happy to see the government control every aspect of your life as the liberals.

All that matters is whose ideology will be enforced, now.

The first mistake was acceding to the department’s classification of a dinner of invited guests as “public.” Applying for the permit was giving the vampire access to the house. Had they shown up to the private, though large, event uninvited, the health department people could have been “escorted” off the premises. And if they had persisted in trying to disrupt the proceedings or destroying food, they would have been liable for a gigantic suit. As it is, though, applying for a permit is saying, “You can do whatever you want to us and we’ll accept that we are without recourse.”

I would have escorted those so called government officials off my property either at gunpoint or or laying flat on a board. Trespassers, that what I call them.

This country is out of control.

That said, there are probably still a lot of creative and legal ways of making EH Specialist II Mary Oakes’s life a living hell.
