More voters are putting the blame on President Obama's polices when it comes to today's still-struggling economy.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely Voters shows that 48% still place more blame on the economic recession that began under President George W. Bush, but that ties the lowest finding in nearly three years of tracking.

Now, nearly as many (46%) say the current president's policies are more to blame, the highest finding since August 2010.

It will be a trick to escape the $4.50+ gas prices being pinned, not on Bush, but on Obama.

If Obama has no impact why do they want him?

Mercy, I’d guess that 20 years from now that Bush will still be blamed for their (liberals) problems. Just a sign that the MSM has more influence than we acknowledge or that voters are very susceptible to negative propaganda (or just maybe the Democrats are correct - most voters have no clue).

ridiculous. I suppose as the election gets closer, more people will realize the clown in the White House is to blame.

Not his fellow travelers and the ones who expect him to pay their mortgage and fill their gas tanks, but the people who actually work for a living.

I wonder what the average highest grade completed is for the buffoons who respond to these “polls”. Tom Jensen (see tagline) is right.

Here are 2 of the questions the pollsters asked

“1* Some people say the nation’s current economic problems are due to the recession which began under the Bush Administration. Others say the problems are being caused more by the policies President Obama has put in place since taking office. Which point of view comes closest to your own?

2* Whose judgment do you trust more when it comes to economic issues affecting the nation – yourself or President Obama?

The point should be not who or what caused the recession but who has not done a damn thing to improve the the situation and has actually made matters worse.

In a democratic republic with a propagandist press eventually you will get the kind of leaders you deserve. Half of America deserves another four years of Obamy.

The American people as a whole are unqualified to determine the cause of anything. Most of them are incapable of logical or rational thought.
