There weren’t any dead weeds in the foreground when I took it.
And I’ll have you know I went to great lengths to use that flower bed to obscure the “No Nukes” Idiot who’s made herself a fixture on the street in front of the WH for a number of years.
The Secret Service agent who asked me what I was doing in the prone position with my camera got quite a chuckle when I explained and showed her what you see presented in that photo.
