Second, you would suddenly see MASSIVE refusals of Unionization, more Right-to-Work States.

The unions are getting hammered now without the federal government. Just last week in Michigan the governor signed a bill that says grad students can't be unionized and another that ended automatic dues deductions for teachers and school employees.
