Given that a law enforcement body has found probable cause for forgery and fraud it would be crazy to “get off the birth certificate”. This isn’t just about eligibility, it’s about crimes committed.
If Obama is not at this point a citizen at all he can’t be a natural-born citizen. We don’t even know if he’s a citizen at this point. And even if he’s not a citizen he would be required to register for the draft, which he apparently hasn’t done since the draft registration was forged. That would disqualify him from being either Senator OR President, regardless of his citizenship status.
Obama cannot legally be in the White House for a variety of reasons. The courts are giving us crap for answers on the NBC issue so the only realistic legal route we’ve got right now - until the election if it’s allowed to happen - is the criminal investigation.
Sheriff Arpaio's "Posse," is a completely Unofficial and not a "law enforcement body." It is a personal inquiry to which Arpaio has ...bravely ... lent his name. The findings of the "Posse" have made absolutely no impact on those in AZ who have the authority to act upon them and very little upon the public at large.
While it is painfully obvious that the digitally prepared document released BY The WH is not a "Certified Copy" of an actual BC on file in Hawaii, it has apparently been good enough to pass muster in every court which has deigned to examine it, with the Republican Party and its candidates, and of course, with the MSM.
