No the vast majority will vote for any Dem at the top of the ticket. It matters not the race of the candidate. So instead of voting 90% for the Dem, an additional 5% will vote for Obama because he is black.
Ask Michael (Oreo) Steele, Lynn Swann, etc. how much of the black vote they received. Party is by far more important to blacks than race in terms of how they vote.
