Of course. Rick knows that while employment is important, which is why he’s working on getting more manufacturing, etc. in the U.S., the MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE IS FREEDOM!
I don’t see how the clarification helps. So he doesn’t care about unemployment because it doesn’t affect his campaign? If I were on the unemployment line the last thing *I* would care about is Rick Santorum’s campaign.
He might instead have referred to what the Administration is claiming to be the unemployment rate vs the real unemployment rate, and gone down that road. Saying he doesn’t care about the unemployment rate but that he does care about his own campaign (which is how it will be read) is just idiotic.
Why only a 0% corporate tax rate on manufacturing activity? Doesn’t everyone deserve to be free?
