There’s another factor at play beyond just the PC fear.
No matter how “crazy” and threatening this woman was being,
if a few had gotten up to restrain her, or the assaulted man had reacted, there were some males in the room that would have sided with her, violently, and with impunity.
Then it would have been time to side with Right or Wrong, no matter the person’s race. And, I don’t necessarily agree that all Black males would have defended the lunatic.
We are living every day with what the masses caving to one gets us. :-)
