Newt is one who's been on the nerves of the White House and he is the one to continue to deliver bold ideas and a positive vision of the future to all Americans.

Yep....love it when Newt gets Obamas attention...and then he responds. Bambi knows who can take him on ..and out!

I visited some 'Democratic activists' sites....very interesting to see how supportive they are of Romney and Santorum...depending on which state they're in. They absolutely want Romney out in front, but would be equally satisfied to see Santorum because he'd be more entertaining.

BTW they are gearing up to use the OW's to give teaparty folks a rough time. Plus they're not only using college students....they're going after the teenagers to hold signs etc. ...give them a couple dollars to stand for half a day.

Another interesting note...they appear to have some of Ron Pauls's supporters willing to "run" the circuts and create chaos on behalf of these Democratic activists. I won't mention what they call them...fools is close enough.

I’ve heard many of Newt’s speeches. When he isn’t proposing some bloated, expensive and unnecesscary government program, he can be quite good.

After Newt won SC, I was for Santorum dropping out, because I knew what would happen if the Conservative vote continued to be split. Newt has stayed in long past the point where he had any chance of winning. He is staying in the race now only out of ego and / or spite.

However, that said, Newt is a pretty flawed conservative. I would vote for him a thousand times before I would vote for Romney once (which I would never do). But when I hear people talking about Newt like he is the second coming of Reagan when he sat on the couch with Pelosi and pitched his global warming cap and trade nonsense and when he co-endorsed an ultra liberal in NY-23 with ACORN etc. etc. It just boggles the mind. Newt may be the most articulate and the most effective debater, but when it comes to holding Conservative principles, he is nowhere near the ideal candidate.

Hoping Newt Gingrich starts a shadow government and saying that you will only listen to him is a little creepy.

“However, that said, Newt is a pretty flawed conservative”

Yeah, far better to vote for someone who’s first act would be to get involved in gay marriage rather than , say, repeal obamacare and get rid of the czars.

Nice KK/JJ reference!

Without Sarah, we sure need Newt to hang in there and get us to a brokered convention.

The only people really supporting Newt now are the people who would rather have Romney as the nominee than Santorum.

Romney won’t get rid of Obamacare and he’ll just put in his own czars...he’s not really any different than Obama.

not a huge fan of Newt...better than the rest though
not a huge fan of Rick either ...but way better than Romney or Paul.

perhaps the combined force of these 2 will hold the Romney bots down at the convention...

but is shouldn't have had to go this far...

Yep, Newt could certainly have taken on Obama. Romney won’t be able to. Why would Americans upset the applecart, just to switch colors of the president. Romeny and Obama are pretty much identical in other respects, except Obama is possibly less of a liar. He’ll telly you straight up front, he supports leftist ideals. Romney will lie right to your face.

“Romney won’t get rid of Obamacare and he’ll just put in his own czars...he’s not really any different than Obama.”

Which is why Newt IS the answer.

Both need to be done and it wasn't that long ago that Newt was advocating the individual mandate that is the heart of Obamacare.

So, maybe better to vote for someone that has never supported Obamacare.

But my point was that if you want someone to “form a shadow government” and you will “only listen to that person” then why pick someone that even Sarah Palin calls a flawed vehicle for conservatism

Romney is certainly anything BUT a conservative and Santorum has stood with the unions. Too bad a real conservative is hard to find in the group of three. At least you know what you’re getting with Newt.

I know, in my heart, that Newt is the best and SMARTEST candidate we have going. The other two WILL babble, they WILL commit horrid gaffes, both will implode, eventually, because NEITHER are fit for the office of the president.

But Newt IS, and slow and steady will win this race. I just feel it in my heart.

Newt never supported Obamacare and eviscerates it every time he brings it up.

The mandate was mistakenly looked at by the Heritage Foundation as a way to stop Hillary’s horrendous plan and as a way to get people to pay for healthcare who could afford it but chose to buy a boat instead.

Reagan used to swear by the Heritage Foundation, too, as did many conservatives.

Thankfully, all of them have concluded...better late than never...any kind of mandate isn’t constitutional.

Newt is not now for ANY mandate. His suggested policy for healthcare is on his website, or links, if elsewhere.

To say we need someone other than Newt because Newt was for Obamacare, is false.

There is only one question: do you know it’s false and are saying it anyway, or do you not know the difference between the false and the true?

In case you don’t know, Obamacare has never been about healthcare. It has always been about controlling us from cradle to grave and robbing us of all our freedoms, in the name of government’s “right” to control healthcare.

Just observe a little and you will see that.

Little children’s school sack lunches are being inspected in the name of nutrition and obesity control, thanks to Mrs. O and the food police.

The food service industry is being assaulted and browbeaten as never before, except maybe as CA has done it to them for years.

They are trying to destroy religious freedom with it. They are trying to force all of us to pay for other people’s contraceptiives, morning after pills and abortions, through mandated insurance coverage of those and increased premiums on them that the insurees have to pay.

And in the long run, their ultimate goal is to drive private insurers out of business and to cause employers to drop health coverage on employees, thereby forcing everyone into a government system, period, where a panel of bureaucrats will decide who lives and who dies by denying government payments as they will.

Just like Sarah Palin predicted.

Sarah Palin, whose husband endorses Newt, and who said she voted for Newt in AK, and who would endorse him but for her contract with Fox News which prevents it.

You need to wise up.

But you probably won’t.

You know perfectly well that Newt is on record supporting the indivudual mandate which is the crowning jewel of Obamacare. Like Romney, Newt “Pelosi” Gingrich can spin his flip flop on this issue. But if a man flips once, he can flop right back when it is politically expedient to do so.

Wise up, and face the fact that flip Gingrich is toast. He has zero chance to win any state other than his home state and it’s next door neighbour. He’s barely edging out Crazy Paul in the remaining conference. He also endorsed a Congressional candidate who was a big supporter of Obamacare.

Thank you so much for posting this. When I get that attack or statement as "fact", I usually post the following 2 links to Newt's answers pages, but now i am going to post them and add your analysis too - if that's okay. I actually never understood this too well, except that conservatives were trying to counter Hillary care by getting it to, and keeping it in, the private sector. And this makes that very clear, and more accurate than what I had been saying. Thanks again.

Here are my 2 links to newt's pages; if you have any questions, you can add them, and the campaign will answer them, and fairly quickly. They have compiled quite a menu.
