MyFoxOrlando link in your comment, you can see that the eyewitness to the incident had a clear view from about twenty feet away. He would have been the closest possible resident to the incident.
The fight and shooting took place on a walkway between the backs of two parallel rows of townhouses. The area was clear of obstructions.
