I think you need to read a few more articles about what "really happened" in the incident. It is a tragedy that the 17 year old is dead. FACT. The police report and the eye witnesses will testify in the trial if it ever gets that far. This will not be tried in the press, except in the minds of the MSM and the turkeys who are trying to promoted race hatred for political causes.
There is evidence that Zimmerman was on his back with Treyvon beating him before he pulled the gun and shot him. The 17 year old is not as pictured in the media, he was 6'2" tall and weighed 160 lbs. This will eventually be revealed, but the Dems, MSM and race pimps are playing this to the hilt.

Sounds like a real handful if he was a football player. At that age I was an inch taller and maybe five pounds heavier. I could swing an axe all day long and I could walk from sunup to sundown and not be tired.
Police reports are largely hearsay, although the cop can testify to what he saw. So can the witness. Both will also be cross examined.
