As for aid from terrorists groups, it may happen some but most of them will not want to get involved. Good luck with rendering thousands of AR-15s ineffective. Even if you have something with greater range America is a largely urban nation. That means ranges under 200 yards where the AR-15 shines. Body armor can be defeated with head shots or leg shots. The military is 70% white. To think they are going to obey a black president promoting a clearly racist agenda may be a mistake.
